This year’s QED, the eighth in the row, will explore the relationship between quality and efficiency.  Although this relationship is often obvious and natural, productive interaction between quality and efficiency has its own laws, which we have to learn. We are trying to increase the efficiency in many ways in all IT disciplines – with strategic use of principles like lean, with reduction of costs while maintaining or increasing the same level of service, through various project and team management strategies, carefully choosing between new and already known technologies, methodologies, languages​​, platforms and tools.

Through a series of lectures and workshops, as well as other innovative formats, QED will demonstrate to us how and where to direct our decisions and how to find the most effective way to use valuable time and resources at our disposal.

Dress code of the conference: casual.
