Ivica Črep is a program manager in Raiffeisen bank in Zagreb. Currently, he is managing the development of the new version of bank’s internet banking system. As a coordinator and project manager he has been working for RBA for fourteen years. Before working in RBA, he worked in Zagrebačka banka on various IT projects.

Presentation summary: Agile contracting

Can you imagine a bank starting a new development project without a strictly set budget? Until recently, we in the RBA would definitely say that was not possible. However, things change. In this presentation we will show the process of agile contracting during the implementation of eAccount functionality of the new RBA internet banking system. We will compare advantages and disadvantages of  that approach compared to already well known classical way of contracting.
