Krešimir Musa is Director of consultancy and implementation services in CROZ. During his career he’s been deeply involved in software development projects in different roles, from development engineer to project portfolio manager. He has a deep practical experience in applying agile and iterative software development methods. A great part of his career has been focused on realisation of projects based on principles of service oriented architecture and automated business process management. He is one of the co-founders of Agile Croatia association.

The world of application development has tremenduosly advanced in the last few decades. Our industry is still new and, since it is directly connected to today’s fast technology advancement, it is continuously upgraded. We should not forget that the nature of our work is before all a service work and that there always exists a user (internal or external) who has to be happy with our service. How to focus a world of introverted experts on customer satisfaction, how to manage customer impressions and feelings and with that enrich our line of work?
