Presentation summary - Kaizen diary of a Scrum Master

Kaizen – Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of business processes within a company, is deeply embedded in methods and techniques of agile and lean software development. In Scrum it is most evident at sprint retrospective meetings when the team is trying to improve the process and product based on the experience from the previous sprints.

This presentation is intended for all participants who want to hear a subjective story on retrospectives, based on development of the actual product during six two-week sprints. This is a story of the “frontline” Scrum Master:

Process or technical improvements? Small or big improvements? What are the improvements during the sprint?

Put helmets on your heads and jump into the trenches for a real Kaizen experience!
