Registration of the conference participants will be done at the registration desk on 18.05.2014 from 03:00 pm to 07.30 pm and on 19.05.2014 from 08:15 am to 01:00 pm.

Check-in at the hotel reception is possible from 03:00 pm, 18.05.2014.
Check out at the hotel reception until 01:00 pm, 20.05.2014.

After check out, there will be a guarded area at your service, where you can leave your belongings.
